Project Plan #180965 was completed in 2018 for a client building in the Idaho Falls area. The plan included a grand Entry with a front office and an open concept tall Great Room with connected Kitchen. The plan also included a walk-out basement, with a theater and large storage space under the garage. A poolhouse and sauna space, as well as an RV/Trailer parking garage completes the package! The build was completed in 2019.
Project Plan #180782 was completed in 2019 for a client up on the hills East of Idaho Falls. With spectacular views and a unique lot, the goal was to maximize both. With extraordinary views to the West and South, the open concept Great room and kitchen can see most of the valley.
Project Plan #221146 was completed in 2024 to be built in Jefferson County. A classic farmhouse front facade and a functional footprint and floorplan, this plan provides comfort and ease while living off the land. The open concept Great Room and Kitchen provide ample space for family gatherings. The included barn provides additional functional space.
